**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as door-to-door sales representatives. As a representative of Firefly, you will engage with homeowners in Edmonton & surrounding areas to promote our solar products and services. You will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, conducting consultations, and eventually closing sales to help homeowners make the transition to solar energy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads by canvassing residential areas and engaging with homeowners door-to-door.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our company's products and services.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess the feasibility of solar installations and provide customized solutions.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for further consultations or installations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government incentives to effectively communicate with customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (**required**)

**Salary**: $36,257.54-$111,362.73 per year
