The MLS® Coordinator works with members to maintain data integrity and functionality of the MLS® database, the member management system and ensuring listing data accuracy. Attention to detail, strong computer skills and a problem-solving focus are essential in this role.

The MLS® Coordinator shall possess
- A College Diploma in Office Administration, Computer Support or similar
- A minimum of three (3) three years of relevant Administration working experience
- Excellent computer skills with experience in:

- Knowledgeable and proficient in Windows, Office365, Excel etc.
- Knowledgeable in Member Management Software, QuickBooks an asset

Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in technology, computer programs and maintenance of website and social media
- At least one year of experience in the real estate business, or a vast knowledge thereof an asset
- Highly effective at “multi-tasking”
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and extremely organized
- Exceptional customer service and support skills
- A good team player

**Responsibilities**:

- Input MLS® data, changes, sales, and cancellations for all board load listings submitted, ensuring that the correct information is being reported.
- Completing and communicating return notifications for errors on all Board load MLS® Listings, changes, sales, and cancellations.
- Providing information on membership fees, policies, processes, benefits, products, and services.
- Actively listening to members and identifying their needs.
- Process New Members/Firms/Transfers and Terminations of Members on the internal database.
- Responsible for Interboard Listings, ensuring that all related documentation is attached prior to input.
- Provides keen oversight of the MLS® needs of the association.
- Possesses full knowledge of the MLS® Rules and Regulations, policies and procedures.
- Maintains partnership with MLS® vendor support system.
- Assists and develops a plan to provide training to MLS® users.
- Troubleshoots MLS® problems and communicates with MLS® Director to ensure members’ needs are met.
- Receives and verifies listing contract, or other documents for compliance to the MLS® Rules and Regulations.
- Audits MLS® data against MLS® Rules and Regulations.
- Provides MLS® technical and phone support for all MLS® search products.
- Identifies and successfully resolves MLS® listing problems.
- Manages Internet Data Display (IDX)/RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) programming.
- Processes complaints related to data violations.
- Ensures membership is informed with any changes to the MLS® in coordination with the communications staff.
- Writes custom internal reports as required.
- Implements data integrity policies.
- Assists in webpage, graphic design, videography and social media upkeep.
- Ensures CEO is informed of any problem with the system or membership.
- Serves as staff Liaison for MLS® Committee for purposes of minutes and input to the meeting.
- Stays informed with upcoming technology initiatives and recommends appropriate integrations with MLS® activities.
- Looks for ways to offer training via web and other progressive learning opportunities.
- All other duties as assigned by the CEO

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
