**_You Are: _**

Plan and manage multiple small projects/ modules as defined within UST

Identify risks and mitigation strategies and implement the same to manage simple
small projects/ modules

Anticipate items that cause schedule delays
schedule dependencies and manage them following the proper risk management plan

Identify options to fast track the schedule and plans to implement the same

Estimate the work plan and track the activities closely and report the progress on a regular basis

**_The Opportunity: _**

Position Summary:
UST is looking for an IT Project Manager to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading financial services organizations in the US and Canada.
The IT Development Project Manager will be assigned to a portfolio such as new products, regulatory projects, B2B or vertical initiatives in the Canada IT Planning and Execution team. This role is fundamental in the administration of the planning, monitoring and execution of projects driving enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plan and drive project milestones
Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope
Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for the project
Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
Manage all communication plans, training and documentation
Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project
Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system / technology / validation, testing and implementation planning

**_What you need: _**

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT development projects
Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Google Suite, JIRA, Smartsheets, Confluence, and Aha
Experience in using project management methodologies and tools
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
PMP certification in progress
