**FLEET ADMINISTRATOR**
At Powerline Plus Ltd., we focus on three main operations, Electrical, Civil Construction and Engineering & Design. Powerline Plus Ltd. provides quality solutions to public utilities, municipalities and developers, as well as to industrial, national and international manufacturing companies across the GTA.
The Fleet Administrator at Powerline Plus Ltd. performs a wide variety of critical tasks and administrative functions which contribute to the success and efficiency of the Fleet Department. The Fleet Administrator participates actively and maintains ongoing relations with the Mechanic Shop Foreperson, Fleet Assistants, Warehouse Staff the Fleet Supervisor and Management.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
**Fleet role includes but not limited to the following duties**:
- Completion of a two (2) year program for Business Administration, Office Administration or other related discipline required
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Photocopy all truck parts and repair invoices and enter into an Excel spreadsheet
Update and follow up on the status of all work orders
Track daily circle checks for entire fleet (enter in spreadsheet, trouble shoot discrepancies, sort, and file)
Create work orders for defects noted resulting from circle check
Maintain fleet files
Enter new trucks / equipment and remove old trucks / equipment from fleet and equipment schedule and Jonas Software
Keep track of all Annuals on all trucks (carbon copies, enter in spreadsheet, forecast expirations, create work orders for expirations, etc.)
- MVIS update
- CVOR ordering
- Update fleet complete info (trucks and drivers)
- Maintain ownership binders
- Monitor fleet parts
- Bucket truck dielectric testing
- Tooling bucket trucks
- Safety equipment for bucket trucks (wheel chocks, outrigger pads, bucket rescue, etc.)
