We develop and manufacture the technology in-house: Connected reader modules that control the laundry machines, payment kiosks, management software, and a novel NFC-based Tap-to-Pay App
(which Apple is following developments on due to its unique approach)

**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, experienced Technical Support Specialist. Using your deep knowledge of our system - from how our readers interface to the laundry machine controls, all the way through to our
Mobile App configurations - you will work with our customers to troubleshoot new system installations and existing deployments.

The job requires critical thinking and logical troubleshooting skills.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum Education: College Diploma
- Technical support experience with machinery or hardware. Must be comfortable helping troubleshoot a complex wired connection of boards, peripherals inside a kiosk
- Technical support experience with IT systems
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel including use of functions/formulas
- Big assets: Knowledge of Linux command line, use of multi-meters to check voltages

**Salary**: $24.00-$33.23 per hour
