**Bookkeeper - Motorline Auto Group**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Accounting & Cash Management**:

- Process, balance, audit, and reconcile daily cash reports and invoices across parts, service, and sales departments.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Perform month-end procedures including bank, floorplan, and manufacturer statement reconciliations.
- **Accounts Receivable & Payable**:

- Manage all A/R and A/P functions including collections, payments, and maintaining vendor/customer relationships.
- **Payroll & Commission Processing**:

- Track payroll and commissions accurately for centralized payroll processing; ensure timely submission.
- **HR & Benefits Administration**:

- Act as the dealership's point of contact for employee benefits, onboarding, and HR support functions.
- **Database & File Maintenance**:

- Maintain dealership name file database, ensuring accuracy in customer and vendor profiles.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting; **automotive dealership or public accounting** experience strongly preferred
- **Familiarity with PBS Systems** (preferred)
- **Experience with QuickBooks Online** (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger functions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and assertive in managing collections and financial oversight

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
