**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Clerk located in Guelph, ON. The Law Clerk will be responsible for assisting lawyers with legal document preparation, conducting legal research, drafting legal correspondence, and managing case files. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the legal team.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Research and Writing skills
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office suite
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is an asset
- Diploma or certification in Law Clerk or Legal Administration positions is an asset
