**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Create engaging social media, websites, and newsletter content. This includes graphic design and creation and basic video editing.

**Social Media Management**: Manage and optimize our social media profiles and regularly post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for each pillar of the business (hotel, spa, weddings, meetings & events and dining).

**Digital Marketing**: Manage our digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google to increase engagement and drive traffic. As well as monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**Package/Promotion Creation**: Develop unique hotel packages/offers and promotional strategies to help drive business.

**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our property.

**Other Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**: Conduct research to understand customer behaviour and competitor trends and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.

**Photography and Video**: plan, manage and execute photography and video shoots to create new and engaging content on an ongoing basis.

**Brand Management**: Maintain a strong brand image across all marketing initiatives and materials. Ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and accurate across all of our websites and third-party platforms.

**Adhoc Marketing/Design Tasks**: Design and create promotional materials and other creative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in a Marketing position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- 1-2 years experience with social media planning, content creation and reporting.
- 1-2 years experience writing copy for social media posts, websites and/or blogs.
- Strong graphic design skills and a working knowledge of video editing software.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience with digital advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Photography skills and proficiency in photo editing.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
