You will be part of a team of dedicated and passionate Civil Technicians to make sure our client’s projects are built with construction materials that meet their required specifications. Your new career will start with our Concrete Testing department.

We are the largest material testing company in Western Canada with 13 offices and 240 employees. Everyday since 1987, our technicians are busy at our labs and on the road conducting testing of concrete, soil, and asphalt for our customers in the construction industry. We completed over 300,000 projects and many of them are high profile and long-term projects. None of these projects will be possible without the contributions from our dedicated team of engineers, geoscientists, technicians, technologists, and supporting staff.

**What you will be doing**:

- Travelling to job sites in Surrey, Langley and Delta to sample and test concrete, soil and asphalt
- Recording and reporting results
- Liaising with clients and site personnel
- Troubleshooting real time compliance issues in the field and monitoring non-compliance protocols

**What you will need to have**
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and control weights up to 23 kilos / 50 lbs.
- Ability to learn customized computer programs
- Good work ethics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
