As Steel Grill Catering continues to reach new heights in it's growth, we are eager to welcome new members to the team.

We are currently hiring delivery staff to:
Load vans with meal orders for corporate and private functions accurately and according to our unique menu options; arrive to various new locations within London and surrounding areas within specific time-frames; setup primarily buffet-style meals for a variety of clients with a large focus on excellent customer service.

This job will also require tasking before and after meal deliveries, such as grocery shopping, supporting the cleanliness of the establishment, and picking up/returning rental items (such as tables, chairs, linens, glassware, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- This job is on the more physical side and will require medium-heavy lifting, and being able to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Must excel in time-management (As you will be required to accurately load, deliver, and setup anywhere from 2-6 meal orders a day, time-management is crucial to ensure timely deliveries and setups during your specific route for any given day)
- Strong customer service skills (Must be able to call clients if there is a delay with their delivery, work creatively with clients to do meal setups in some spaces that may not have much table-space, maintain a smile and approachable demeanor when setting up for clients)
- Must be able to take direction and be detail-oriented (As we have a relatively extensive menu - taking the time to verify that you have accurately loaded your delivery items into your van according to the menu that the client has chosen is crucial in ensuring no items are missed or incorrect before departing for your deliveries)

The hours of this job are flexible as this industry remains unpredictable. Therefore, we are primarily hiring for part-time/casual work that will typically take place between the hours of 8-4 a few days a week. Hours vary each day and week. We will give you as much notice as we possibly can for the days and hours we need you, and we hope you show the same courtesy when requesting time off or adjusting your weekly availability.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
