Lucky Supply is a wholesale grocer based in Mississauga that has been in operation since 2014. Thanks to our customers and employees, we have expanded rapidly in the last several decades. To meet customers’ increasing demands, Lucky Supply delivers to different areas in GTHA (Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area) multiple times a week and work with local and international suppliers to cater to our customers. Our products are from countries such as Canada, China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand etc. We have served thousands of clients and have a diverse customer base including wholesalers, retailers, grocery stores, restaurants, and food courts.

**We are currently looking to hire a full-time sales representative that can start immediately.**

Shift Time: 10 AM - 6 PM (approximate) (Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

- Reaching customers daily to place orders
- Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sale opportunities
- Staying informed about company’s products and prices
- Using company’s software to place client’s order
- Reviewing orders to ensure they are accurate
- Keeping track of customer orders/following up with their orders and returns
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Organize files into different routes
- Working with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, and keep files organized
- Report any problems to supervisor

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Open to work on statutory holidays and weekends
- Understanding of food products is an asset
