**The Opportunity**

**What we do**

Develop and manufacture innovative confectionary and nutraceutical products (tablets, gum, lozenges) that enhance the efficacy of active and functional ingredients. We ensure the highest standard of food safety without compromising taste, texture, and the consumer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Setting up and operating tablet pressing machines
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Maintain tablet presses in good working order, inspect presses for wear.
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Conduct quality checks and monitoring.
- Responsible for in-process checks like average weight, thickness, hardness, friability, and individual tablet weight.
- Responsible for area cleanliness of the compression room and machine.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 or more years of tableting, coating, and encapsulation experience in a manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 kgs repetitively.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a dedication to quality and safety.
- Physically fit, with the ability to stand and move for an extended period.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail to increase productivity.
