**Digital Content & Social Media Specialist**

At Hardboot, we help scaling tech companies build the teams they need to grow—and right now, we’re hiring **in-house** for a fast-growing player in the AI and GPU infrastructure space. We’re looking for a **Digital Content & Social Media Specialist** with a strong design sensibility and a knack for translating technical topics into powerful content.

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on creative and strategic role where you’ll lead content development and social media execution for one of our internal teams at Hardboot. You’ll work closely with technical experts and leadership to build a strong digital presence, shape brand narrative, and produce content that drives awareness and engagement across the AI/HPC ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a content strategy focused on GPU infrastructure, AI, and HPC trends and technologies.
- Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other key platforms—aligning with product launches, milestones, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex engineering and infrastructure topics (e.g., GPU scaling, data center builds, performance optimization) into digestible content.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve strategy based on data insights.

**You’ll Succeed If You Have**
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, or social media for B2B or technology companies.
- A strong grasp of GPU hardware, AI/HPC systems, or cloud/data center infrastructure (or a fast-learning curiosity about it).
- Proven ability to create content that educates and converts—particularly across LinkedIn and technical blogs.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Webflow, or similar design tools. Basic video editing is a plus.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to make technical ideas clear and compelling.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to own projects end to end.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
