We have a great opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager for our Ontario/Atlantic region. The responsibilities include working with our ID network, leading a high-powered operations team and developing action plans to execute with excellence.

**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Motivating and leading a high-powered sales operations team to achieve regional targets
- Building deep relationships with our Independent Distributors
- Creating an environment for World Class execution through process and accountability in the field
- Leveraging our Smart Order platform to achieve consistent market execution across the region
- Continual training, coaching and development of all members of the operations department.
- Present high level business results and performance updates to the sales operations leadership team as well as to the field team
- Strategically work with Key Account teams to build strong executional plans at the customer level
- Engage internal departments to ensure we are operationally ready to execute our plans
- Create a performance driven culture around our company values and highly focused objectives
- Determine key drivers to both meet and exceed our sales plan through incremental field execution
- Manage all elements of our sales budget and target

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience leading a field sales team (food industry an asset).
- Experience managing a franchise operation unit
- Strong DSD experience considered an asset
- Exceptionally strong communicator and team builder
- Proven experience in people leadership and development
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced & multi task environment.
- Executive level presentation skills
- Possess strong planning and time management skills.
