**Job Summary**

Guzo Logistix is seeking reliable **Contract Route Managers** to oversee daily parcel delivery routes. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing delivery drivers to ensure routes are completed efficiently and on time. This is an **independent contractor position**, not an employee role. You will be paid per completed route you manage.

This role is ideal for individuals with leadership experience who can coordinate small teams and ensure delivery service standards are met.

**What You Will Do**
- Coordinate and manage drivers assigned to your routes
- Ensure all delivery routes you accept are fully covered and completed
- Maintain communication with Guzo Logistix dispatch throughout the day
- Monitor route performance and customer service standards
- Assist with resolving schedule gaps or no-shows
- Provide basic onboarding guidance to drivers assigned to you

**How Routes Work**
- Routes are offered daily based on demand
- You may accept routes depending on your availability
- You can manage multiple routes per day where available
- High-volume days provide increased earning opportunities
- You will be responsible for ensuring the routes you accept are fully completed

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple drivers
- A smartphone for communication and dispatch updates
- GST number (independent contractor requirement)
- Reliable transportation is an asset (driving yourself is optional)
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or supervising teams is an asset

**Compensation**

This is a **per-route contracted position**.
Route Managers are paid weekly based on the number of routes overseen and successfully completed. Earnings typically range from **CA$700.00-CA$1,000.00 per week**, depending on route volume and availability.
