BBCR.ca is a back to back award winning coffee roastery located in the Gatineau foothills. With 2 physical locations and an amazing partner network throughout the Ottawa / Gatineau region.

BBCR is continuing to grow and we require an on staff technician to work with our partners. Working with our production team and sales team, we will uncover maintenance and install opportunities within our customer base.

Our new team member should have experience already working within the coffee maintenance world. An ability to troubleshoot both electrical and plumbing issues within coffee and espress machines. An amazing grasp of both English and French to be able to communicate effectively with our customers in the proper language is a must.
- Fleunt in English and French with the ability to train and describe complex issues directly with our customers in an easy to understand fashion.
- Will need a reliable vehicle as our customers are spread throughout the Ottawa / Gatineau region.
- Meticulous organization and the ability to manage work orders and parts for customers.
- Experience in diagnosing issues with coffee machines, espresso machine and grinders.

Position is hourly, with commssions for service work and equipment sold. Gas and phone allowance also provided.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
