We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in a company with great growth opportunities in our Business Development Center in the Waverley Auto Mall. This is an entry level position that provides you with a launch into the exciting automotive industry.

**Requirements**:

- 1 Year Customer service, call center or switchboard experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Attention to detail and highly driven to succeed
- Proficient in computer skills
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday

What you will do:

- Responsible for booking service appointments
- Responsible for making necessary changes on the status of appointments
- Book appointments for customers who contact The Crown Auto Group
- Handle the appointment booking process in service, prospecting new appointments and follow-up
- Answer any inquiries regarding sales and service
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate departments/personnel
- Any other duties assigned by the management
