**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer les réseaux LAN, WAN et Internet, ainsi que le réseau de téléphonie, afin d’assurer la surveillance des incidents, de l’utilisation et de la disponibilité ;
- Offrir des services de soutien et de maintenance pour les dispositifs existants du réseau, les routeurs et commutateurs Cisco, à l’échelle de tous les sites ;
- Participer aux améliorations continues du réseau et soumettre des recommandations à cet effet, en portant une attention soutenue à la sécurité, au rendement et à la disponibilité du réseau ;
- Participer à l’intégralité ou à certaines parties de divers projets à l’égard du réseau comme : la configuration du réseau dans les nouveaux bureaux; la mise à niveau de l’équipement du réseau ;
- Produire des rapports pour divers indicateurs : performance, disponibilité et utilisation;
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des normes déjà en place;
- S’assurer que les documents et les schémas de l’infrastructure du réseau sont exacts et complets;
- Appuyer l’architecte de réseau lors du dépannage du réseau, de la conception d’architecture et de topologie et de la mise en œuvre;
- Appuyer l’équipe du centre d’assistance lors du dépannage et de la résolution des problèmes confiés aux échelons supérieurs ;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes reliées au poste

**Qualifications**
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience avec les grands réseaux d’entreprise
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent en génie informatique, logiciel ou discipline connexe
- CISCO CCNA
- Excellente connaissance des scripts de programmes
- Excellente connaissance des protocoles réseau ( Toutes les couches OSI )
- Connaissance approfondie des outils MS Office
- Connaissance de la gestion du réseau, de la disponibilité du réseau et de la gestion de la capacité.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes et excellentes compétences en dépannage / débogage
- Environnement de centre de données, Nexus, Checkpoint
- Réseaux Wi-Fi Cisco, y compris Cisco Prime, WLC, AP, ACS, ISE et toutes les technologies associées.
- Connaissance des solutions cloud (Azure / AWS)
- Excellentes compétences orales, écrites et de présentation

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Senior Manager Information Systems, the Network Administrator will work with the Network Team as well as the rest of the IT team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the LAN, WAN, internet and telephony networks 24/7 for incidents, utilization and availability;
- Provide support and maintenance on existing network devices, Cisco routers and switches across all sites;
- Participate and make recommendations for continuous network improvements with a strong emphasis on network security, performance and availability;
- Partial and full involvement in various network projects such as; ISP implementations in remote offices and network equipment refresh;
- Provide timely assistance to Matrox staff by resolving various network related issues; **Provide reports on various metrics: performance, availability, utilization;**:

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and diagrams of network infrastructure;
- Assist the Network team with network troubleshooting and architecture/topology design and implementation;
- Must be familiar with cabling principals within telecom closets and on telecom racks;
- Provide out of business hours network on call support and change management;
- Adhere to Incident management and change management procedures;
- Manage project-time accurately as per assignments;
- Assist Helpdesk Team with troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience with large enterprise networks
- Strong operational experience, self-motivated and highly ambitious
- Experience in building business cases and providing estimates
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer engineering, software, or related discipline
- CISCO CCNA
- Scripting skills
- Excellent knowledge of network protocols ( all OSI layers )
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of network management, network availability, and capacity management
