CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK, PART-TIME

Location: Mississauga

Job Purpose:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Clerk, you will be required to work three days per week. Where you will be providing outstanding customer service and assisting, directing, and helping schedule line run customers and be able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with other employees and the public.

Qualifications:

- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Possess excellent cash handling skills.
- Proficient use of computers.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment, multitask and have good problem-solving skills.
- Must be dependable with a high degree of integrity and be able to maintain confidential information.
- Self-directed, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and a quick learner.
- Feel comfortable working around the public and handling customer service complaints and possessing conflict management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role

**Responsibilities**:

- Capable of answering general inquiries.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with customers.
- Various clerical duties as required.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager and supervisor.
- Organize lost and found, manage inventory list, run activity and line run reports.

- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire

Responsabilités:

- Capable de répondre à des questions générales.
- Communiquez clairement et précisément avec les clients.
- Diverses tâches de bureau, au besoin.
- Tâches diverses assignées par le gestionnaire et le superviseur.
- Organisez les pertes et les découvertes, gérez la liste d'inventaire, exécutez les rapports d'activité et d'exécution de ligne.
