**Summary**

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Men Therapy Toronto. In this role, you will leverage data analysis and business intelligence tools to provide insights that drive our mission forward. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our services and promoting healthier communities.

**We are looking to help to answer the following questions using our data**

1. Which therapist is performing the best?

2. What is the ideal compensation structure which rewards therapist helping clients the most?

3. How much should we pay to acquire a new client?

**IMPORTANT: We are looking for contract work not to hire someone full-time.**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and maintain databases to support data collection and reporting.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights relevant to men's mental health.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau to present findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize SQL and R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis..

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Solid understanding of database design principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
- Experience with Visio is a plus but not required.
