Key Responsibilities:

- ** Customer Engagement**: Assist customers in securing financing options for their vehicle purchases while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- **Loan and Lease Processing**: Present and explain financing options, warranty programs, and additional products to customers.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all financial transactions comply with provincial and federal regulations, as well as dealership policies.
- **Sales Performance**: Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability through financing solutions and product sales.
- **Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders to negotiate competitive rates and terms.
- **Documentation**: Accurately prepare and review all necessary documents for loan approvals and funding.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance and training to sales staff regarding finance processes and products.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial and insurance products, lending practices, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in finance software and dealership management systems.
- Ability to build trust with customers and team members alike.
