**Job Summary**

The Client Advisor, Commercial Insurance, Real Estate assists the Client Executive(s) in providing the highest quality service to Acera clients; mentoring and coordinating the administrative and marketing processes within their sales team

**Essential Job Functions**
- Creates & executes client service plans, service deliveries, ensuring commitments are tracked and reported in a unified and meaningful way to the client
- Monitors client satisfaction through maintaining relationships
- Contributes in regular meetings with team to ensure you are up to date on all pending client issues, changing needs, implementing service plans, and other issues
- Creates proposals for clients and prospective clients that demonstrate Acera's unique approach to mitigating business risk
- Educates clients to ensure they understand their business risks and insurance coverage
- Acera Leader in the client and insurance industry through professional writing, speaking and networking engagements
- Supports processes and procedures and past practices; participates in team meetings
- Advocates for changes and additions to service plans that increase value for clients

**Marketing Administrative Support (within the Team)**
- New and Renewal Business
- Policy Changes and Certificates
- Process policy change and certificate requests with guidance from CSM as needed
- Complete the policy change process with guidance CSM as needed

**Competencies & Qualifications**
- Supports a climate in which teams want to do their best
- Adaptable to working effectively as a team or independently with the ability to adjust to tight and changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maximize efficiencies by leveraging technology, tools resources and information
- Self-guided learner & solves problems with real solutions
- Level 2 BC Broker License
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Minimum 5 years in similar role, with extensive marketing/support experience in large commercial placements
- Working knowledge of insurance document management software
- Skilled user of Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
