**Parts Counter Person**

We are looking for a high-energy, friendly, and versatile
- **Parts Counter Person **to join our team You will be focused on our Accessory, Retail and Wholesale customers using your experience and passion to provide the best service around.**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with our customers and sales team to quote, sell and when necessary, arrange installation of accessories.
- Use a variety of electronic and manual catalogs look up and quote parts.
- Maintain pricing in paper and online quoting tools.
- Review requested parts and recommend associated items and services at time of quote or sale.
- Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
- Order special order parts and maintain proper quantities of stocked parts.
- Track, manage and problem solve current and back-order parts orders with our Vendors.
- Gather special order and in-stock parts from the warehouse to fill orders.
- Invoice orders and collect payment.
- Continually learn about new products and services through formal and informal training.

**Needs Skills, Abilities and Experience**:

- 1 - 3 years relevant experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a safe driving history.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A cool head and a sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Functional literacy and capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting items up to 50lbs and standing for long periods of time.
- Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses is considered
- an asset.
