Lash Technician

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire lash extension process
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance for their eyelash extensions
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client's lash experience

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Strong retail sales skills to promote and sell lash products and aftercare items
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their desired lash look
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive and comfortable experience for clients
- _Previously certified for lash extensions is preferred_
- Certification for Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts, Tinting and Threading is a bonus_
