Job Description: **OPERATIONAL TRAINING ADVISOR** Swartz Bay You are a leader, and your goal is to act as a field expert on all aspect of company training activities. You work well in a team environment as well as independently. Your role is to liaise with various departments to obtain scheduling information, extract and manipulate information from Oracle Training Administration, and HRMS, and maintain all related data entry. This includes conducting the necessary analysis to determine appropriate course scheduling, including scheduling of trainers and attendees, contributing to the development and administration of the annual Company training plan, schedule and budget, and overseeing all training events. You will work with inter-divisional teams, to select and create contracts, liaise with external contractors, arrange purchase orders, monitor and reconcile expenditures, and code invoices and contracts. You will assist with selection, delegation, performance and development of internal trainers as well as program development and instructional design. You bring endless energy and have excellent customer service skills with a strong aptitude for coaching/training.
