**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Brief Summary**:

- General reception and administrative duties
- Process Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing
- Review project work-orders for accuracy
- Service Customers and Process orders for our House-Ware items
- Arranging freight for deliveries.
- Additional duties as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Prior experience with invoicing and purchase-orders on computerised system.
- P/C experience with Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude,
- Well organised and able to multi-task with no supervision

**Work Schedule**:
9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (No weekends)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Hourly Wage: starting at $20-25 (based on experience)

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Regular hours (start and finish to be discussed)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
