**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food handling or guest services is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for processing transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- A background in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus, as it aids in understanding menu items and preparation methods.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
