We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring successful feature delivery through collaboration and strategic prioritization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with weekly reviews of feature requests, contributing to the development of the product roadmap.
- Scope and define features and user stories to ensure clear understanding and execution.
- Prioritize incremental improvement requests to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Marketing, Development, and Product Management teams to facilitate effective execution and delivery of features.
- Document new features and maintain high standards for existing documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Communicate technical details and timelines related to features and functionality to internal teams, particularly Customer Support.
- Contribute to the development of new processes for research, feedback collection, prioritization, development, and testing within the product cycle.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a Product Owner/PM or a related role.
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Technical understanding of software development processes preferred.
- Familiarity with the affiliate industry is a bonus.
- Experience in SaaS and/or startup environments preferred.
- Ability to influence and drive decision-making across teams.

**Compensation Package**:

- 90 000$ - 100 000$ CAD OTE (Base + Bonus)
- Stock Options
