**Role**: Administrative and Student Life Coordinator

**Description**:
ILSC and Greystone College Montreal are looking for an Administrative and Student Life Coordinator to join our team The schedule will be 5 days a week on campus, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

**Job Duties**:
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Reception: _
- Greet and welcome students and guests as soon as they arrive at the campus
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Activities and Student Life: _
- Manage the student activities program, organizing after-school activities and preparing flyers and monthly calendars to promote them
- Manage ILSC Montreal’s social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram)
- Actively encourage participation in student life at ILSC among students, contributing to the community atmosphere of the school
- Prepare and take part in new student intakes, including communications to new students and leading orientation sessions
- Lead activities for both juniors and young adult students during the summer months during camp programs (the activities portion of the role will increase and other functions will decrease in July and August)
- Administration and Facilities Management: _
- Assisting with the collection of student documents
- Perform clerical office duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, receiving and distributing mail, ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock)
- Edit/translate documents from French to English and English to French
- Place service calls with our various suppliers
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Other duties as assigned

**Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French required
- Ability to speak a third language is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dynamism and professionalism
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service and community-building skills

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Proven work experience in customer service and/or student life, or a similar role
- Experience in using social media, including Instagram and Facebook
