The** Specialist, Commercial Product**will oversee and manage comprehensive product data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms. This role will provide essential support to the sales team by ensuring timely access to reliable product information.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all product-related data across internal systems.
- Conduct detailed pricing analysis to support the formulation and implementation of pricing strategies.
- Manage and grant appropriate access to pricing tools, programs, and documentation for relevant stakeholders.
- Provide the sales team with timely and accurate product, pricing, and market data to support their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product availability and commercial priorities.
- Perform routine inventory analysis to support effective planning and decision-making.
- Manage the integration and analysis of sellout data received from vendors, ensuring it supports commercial insights.
- Contribute to the development and execution of product strategies in line with market trends and business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market and brand analyses to inform product positioning and competitive strategy.
- Support day-to-day commercial activities, ensuring operational efficiency and coordination across departments.

**Success factors**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial, product, or data-related role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Experience working with data analytics and BI reporting tools; ability to pull, refine, and interpret reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with SAP is required; experience with Wizard Software or similar systems is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and reporting workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- A dynamic, outgoing, and curious personality who enjoys learning and collaborating across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
