**Position Summary**:
The primary objective of the position is to provide customer/administrative services and support to the after-sales service team.
**Responsibilities**:
**Skills & Attributes required but not limited to the following**:
- Strong desire to represent LIV Communities in a positive, professional manner with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional people skills, proven telephone/call handling skills. Ability to handle homeowner escalations and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work well under pressure; can manage conflict and confrontation.
- Highly organized and multi-task oriented.
- Strong organizational, time management and priority setting skills are a must.
- Ability to draft correspondence this is clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
- Displays a keen eye to detail.
- Proven self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem solver who consistently demonstrates sound judgment and common sense.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service, with a home builder, a must.
- Knowledge of the home building industry, as well as previous call centre/quality call handling training would be considered an asset.
