**FYidoctors - Guelph** has an exciting opportunity for a **Full-Time** (5 days a week)** Lead Optometrist** with **flexible hours** Monday to Saturday to join our clinic on Eramosa Rd, Guelph, ON. Previous experience practicing in a group practice is ideal. With our clinic dating back to the 1960s, we have been able to create a large and loyal customer base. We serve a large area and population which means that we need to offer a diverse set of services to accommodate the needs of our patients. In addition to practicing full-scope optometry our clinic specializes in a number of different areas including specialty contact lenses and myopia control. We are offering several other exciting perks for this role which include: - **Minimum Guarantee of $120,000 (Full-Time)**: - **Significant retention bonus /forgivable loan Program of up to $50,000 (Full-Time)** **Equipment**: We are located in a picturesque location that is filled with the latest diagnostic technology including: - Maestro OCT - Lensmeter - Visual field (Humphrey) - Optomap - Tonometer III **CLINIC**:Currently our clinic has 3 functional exam lanes and is filled with the latest diagnostic equipment. We also have extremely knowledgeable and passionate staff who provide incredible support in each area of the practice. We have an outstanding relationship with 2 local Ophthalmologists whom we share referrals with.
