Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop and build the next generation of the fuel cells, battery electric vehicles, and energy storage systems.

We are growing and hiring a Technician to support the post-manufacturing production of products by preparing them for product testing. The Technician prepares equipment and keeps a record of work completed. Occasional overtime may be required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Inspect equipment to ensure conformance to design and product specifications.
- Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components.
- Pressurized leak tests of equipment piping and components.
- Functional tests of electrical and mechanical devices.
- Verification of system I/O calibrated sensors, and software configuration.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
- Maintain detailed production records.
- Support other production teams with manufacturing, assembly, and testing requests.
- Connect the equipment to facility infrastructure.
- Provide feedback on quality, processes, and standards.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Skilled using hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment like multimeters.
- Able to understand P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Mechanical, electrical, and/or software troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with one or more of the following would be considered an asset:

- Education in Mechanical or Electrical control systems
- Tube bending, compression fittings, and pipe fitting
- Machining or Millwrighting
- Line voltage electrical connections (or being a licensed electrician)
- PLC systems
- Compressed gases and compressed gas cylinders
