We’re on the hunt for our next top team member You MUST love food and healthy eating We are looking for a detail-oriented person, who can work independently, and enjoys the challenge of working with our retail team, nutritionists, and customers. Merchandise the space to maximize product sales & visibility, plan monthly promotional calendar and drive results.

Working as part of the team you would advise customers by assisting them in finding the best products for their health concerns. Must be able to be professional and empathetic while advising customers. You will also assist in the normal day to day duties of a retail store, including purchasing, receiving orders, filling orders, displaying/rotating stock, collecting payments, issuing refunds, general customer service and keeping the shop clean and tidy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years)
- Past or current studies in nutrition, fitness, herbalism, naturopathy etc. is considered an asset.
- A willingness to partake in ongoing training on various supplements and new health products as they come in.
- Social Media savvy and is willing to produce social media content such as videos and pictures. Experience with social media as it applies to business pages is considered an asset.
- Must be available to work evenings. Evenings are limited to 6 pm closing.
- Bilingual (Asset)

Build and maintain product displays
Display, arrange, price, and rotate products at a store level
Ensure adherence to shelving guidelines and plan-o-grams
Manage in-store inventory, stock replenishment, and packing overstock/returns
Conduct pricing audits
Complete detailed reporting
Are organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Have a strong eye for detail

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems and ability to learn new programs.

**Salary**: $29,962.13-$48,000.00 per year
