Retail Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

*Optional participation in social media posting and content creation

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, bubbly and outgoing personality that is open and able to support all types of customers regardless of the circumstances
- Previous sales, retail or customer service experience required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
