**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all phases of projects to successful completion, including scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, furniture suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare and manage estimates, quotes, RFP responses, and project documentation.
- Oversee installations, coordinate trades, and resolve on-site issues (e.g., short shipments, supplier errors, installation challenges).
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.
- Provide accurate site measurements and collaborate with designers to ensure technical accuracy.
- Foster strong client relationships and obtain testimonials upon project completion.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, track budgets, and monitor costs against projections.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry (prefabricated interiors experience an asset).
- DCS/DEC (Diploma of College Studies) or equivalent education.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
- Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Ideally, proven experience working with some or all of these products; Steelcase, Teknion, Haworth, and/or Falkbuilt wall solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator with a friendly personality and strong character.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, build relationships, and lead effectively.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
