**POSITION FUNCTION**

Perform set up and take down of supplies for voting places related to municipal elections.

**KEY DUTIES**

Assess existing election supplies on hand; update administrative supply lists to ensure election

voting places are equipped with required items; prepare election form supply boxes for voting places; assist voting place staff with delivering and collecting supplies; set up voting machines in preparation for testing.

Assist election officers with storage and teardown of election supplies post-election; package up voting machines for repair or return to lease company.

Perform related duties where qualified.

**INDEPENDENCE**

Work is assigned by supervisor and reviewed while in progress.

Problems are referred to supervisor.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Normal.

Office / Polling stations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Formal Education, Training and Occupational Certification**:
Grade 10.
