**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough SEO audits for our website, identifying areas for improvement and
optimization.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings and
visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation
and publication.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance based on click-through rates, traffic,
and conversions.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building).
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices
in coding and campaigns.
- Report to stakeholders on performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for producing high quality content and
working with team members).
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
