**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' travel needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Book travel arrangements through various platforms while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and regulations.
- Handle any issues or changes that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other vendors to secure the best deals for clients.
- Stay informed about industry developments to provide clients with the most current information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems such as **Amadeus or Sabre** is required.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems and travel booking software.
- A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
- Fluency in English and Punjabi is required.
