**Alliance Motor Cars** is currently looking for a Full Time Office Administrator to join the team This role will be responsible for overseeing inbound/outbound phone calls, maintain correspondence and filing systems for the showroom. Potential applicant will serve as a first impression of the dealership etc.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Answer and operate multi-line phone system, log all phone traffic.
- Perform administrative tasks including, stocking in vehicle inventory, tracking dealer plates, managing key board, managing keys, courier/mail documents, oversee office inventory, perform other duties as requested.
- Greet all customers and provide assistance with information, direction or refer them to the correct staff member.
- Organize vendor/supplier invoices for the bookkeeper.
- Filing vendor invoices, bought and sold folders.
- Tracking vehicles that are located off site or at vendors.
- Advertise vehicles on multiple websites.
- Manage payroll hours for all employees.
- Prepare invoices/statements/purchase for bookkeeper.

**What we need from you**:

- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Simply Accounting, Outlook)
- Extremely organized, detail oriented, coachable, and open to continuous learning and development.
- Consider themselves a people-person, whether on the phone or greeting guests, your personality will be noticed and appreciated.
- Must be reliable, honest, hard working and be able to work well under pressure, as this is a fast paced environment.
- Ability to build descriptive and attractive vehicle ads/comments.

One year administrative experience highly preferred for this position.

Experience with Simply Accounting preferred for this position.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday (10am - 6pm).

You will be working Monday - Friday one week and Tuesday to Saturday the next week.

Wage is dependent upon experience $19 - $20/hour. Duration with our company will increase your wage based on how well you fit into our team.

There is room for advancement within company.
