**Position: Project Coordinator/Junior Systems Specialist - Building Automation**
**About Us**:
Atlas Automation is a leader in Honeywell Building Automation solutions, utilizing the Niagara N4 platform to deliver intelligent, energy-efficient building systems. We’re seeking a highly organized **Project Coordinator **with a background in engineering technology to support our projects and help drive success in every phase.
**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate Projects: Oversee and manage building automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Support Technical Teams: Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth project execution, providing support with shop drawings, programming, and system design.
Document Management: Prepare and organize essential project documentation, including shop drawings, equipment manuals, and submittals.
Estimating Support: Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare accurate cost assessments for materials, labor, and project scopes.
Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Graphics & Programming Support: Assist with the configuration of building automation systems, including basic programming and graphics development using Niagara N4 software.
Field Support Coordination: Coordinate with field technicians for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Engineering Technologist Background: Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Systems Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Honeywell Building Automation systems and Niagara N4 software is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with experience coordinating complex projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems as they relate to building automation.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings, estimating, and managing project documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in building automation or a related industry.
- Knowledge of Niagara N4 programming and system integration.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
