**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pattern Making**: Create precise patterns for couture and made-to-measure garments based on designer sketches, blocks, and client measurements.
- **Fabric Cutting**: Expertly cut fabrics, ensuring mínimal waste and optimal use of materials.
- **Fittings**: Conduct fittings with clients, making necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and comfort.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, seamstresses, and other team members to bring designs to life.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the production process.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest techniques and trends in couture and made-to-measure fashion.
- **Client Interaction**: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their vision and needs are met with professionalism and care.

**Qualifications**:

- 7-10 years of experience in pattern making and fabric cutting.
- Proven expertise in creating made-to-measure garments.
- Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of natural fabrics and materials.
- Ability to work in a high-level environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for responsible fashion practices.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
