**What is the opportunity?**

RBC Business Lending Group is hiring a **Documentation Specialist - Complex Credit.**The Documentation Specialist - Complex Credit plays a key role in the mitigation of Business Lending credit and operational risk through comprehensive, end to end document preparation of highly complex P&CB Lending products and services (i.e. Industry Base - complex agreements/adjustment agreements, collateral security etc.) for RBC Commercial Business client portfolios nationally.

- Utilizes deep breadth and depth of knowledge/experience of highly complex Business Lending Commercial products/processes and key strengthen in _critical thinking_ to successfully deliver a differentiated client experience through efficient execution of new/updated Business Lending Agreements due diligence
- Plays an instrumental role based on uniqueness of the function and extensive knowledge exemplified therein. The incumbent has keen ability to balance expertise of highly _complex_ credit _transactions processing and ongoing transfer of knowledge/referral or navigation point/coaching on-the-fly_ across the team to promote continuous skill development and change/workforce management considerations
- As a **Documentation Specialist - Complex Credit**, applies expert, specialized knowledge and experience for efficient, effective and accurate coordination, preparation and delivery of highly complex Business Lending Commercial credit transactions and security documentation
- Focus on the accurate preparation of highly complex Business credit transaction Agreements for:

- Non-standard/Complex Letter Agreements (i.e. CA - Complex Agreements or CAA Complex Amendment Agreements)
- Non-standard - Industry Based/Complex Letter Agreements (i.e. Real Estate, Public Sector, Builders, Film & Media, Joint Ventures, etc.)
- Collateral Security and Registration for all deals
- Maximizes the use of technology and tools available, maintain data integrity, document all relevant client service interactions in corporate memory and enable continuity of client service by documenting details of client interactions in most appropriate system (i.e. Synergy, Pega, Odyssey, CMS, ECM, OLBB, E-Forms, Sales Platform, D & H )

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Credit Loan Agreements and Collateral Security Documentation
- Technologically self-sufficient in Outlook, Performance Tracker, Synergy, Pega, Odyssey, ECM, CMS, OLBB, E-Forms, Sales Platform, D & H
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Ability to provide direction to team members through verbal or written communication
- Must be bilingual

**En quoi consiste le rôle ?**

Le spécialiste, Documentation, Crédit complexe à l’entreprise, joue un rôle clé dans l’atténuation des risques de crédit et des risques opérationnels grâce à la préparation globale des documents visant des produits et services de crédit très complexes des SBPE (conventions sectorielles, conventions complexes, conventions de modification, garanties subsidiaires, etc.) pour les portefeuilles de clients du secteur commercial à l’échelle nationale.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Offre toujours un excellent service aux clients ; s’efforce d’agir dans leur intérêt et dans celui de l’entreprise en rendant les choses simples, rapides et efficaces.
- Met à profit sa vaste expérience et sa solide connaissance des produits commerciaux/processus très complexes de crédit à l’entreprise et un solide _esprit critique_ pour assurer la prestation d’une expérience client unique par l’exécution efficace du contrôle diligent lié aux conventions de crédit à l’entreprise, nouvelles ou modifiées.
- Joue un rôle déterminant pour l’unité ; sait mettre à profit son savoir-faire et sa capacité d’équilibrer l’expertise dans les activités complexes et spécialisées des services financiers commerciaux, tout en faisant appel à ses aptitudes pour l’accompagnement technique afin d’aider les employés à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes dans leur rôle
