**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, and training of new staff members to build a strong team.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate cash handling practices are followed.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote store initiatives and drive foot traffic.
- Implement pricing strategies that align with company goals while remaining competitive in the market.
- Maintain an organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize POS systems for sales tracking and reporting purposes.
- Monitor budget performance and make necessary adjustments to meet financial objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including bookkeeping, payroll management, and budgeting.
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
