**Volunteer Engagement**:

- Ownership of the Air Canada corporate employee volunteer program.
- Lead and execute the development of new centralized processes for employee and retirees to represent Air Canada at events across Canada.
- Developing and executing training programs to ensure a strong and consistent brand representation of employees and retirees at external events.
- Identify inroads to integrate volunteer engagement within the business objectives of various departments.
- Establishing the operations of a volunteer program at Air Canada (identifying needs, training requirements, and equipping employees to represent Air Canada and the Air Canada Foundation at events across Canada).
- Providing direction to the Community Impact Coordinator on certain programs, such as Wings of Courage and of new internal employee engagement events and initiatives.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Identify inroads to contribute to the business objectives of various departments where current working relationships exist.
- Identifying key external partners/donors who support the Air Canada Foundations and develop stewardship strategies to further relationships and increase donations revenue.
- Identify new opportunities with external stakeholders to collaborate and deliver on Air Canada and Air Canada Foundation objectives.
- Identifying best practices across corporate foundation and community investment and providing recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Experienced in volunteer management
- Experience in events and/or event management
- Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and process-efficiency oriented
- Motivated by relationship management
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Flexible hours
- Travel
