- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with payroll processes and basic understanding of human resources functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred
**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
