**Outbound Sales Manager - Lead the Way at SureCall Contact Centers**

**Location**: Calgary, Alberta | **Full-Time** | **$75K-$85K base + OTE $240K+**

We’re looking for an experienced **Outbound Sales Manager** to join SureCall Contact Centers and take charge of growing and managing our B2B outbound sales team. If you’re a results-driven leader with the experience to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, this is the opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, recruit, and lead a **B2B outbound sales team**:

- Utilize KPIs and CRM tools to track and improve performance
- Close high-value deals and coach your team to success
- Create and implement effective outbound campaigns targeting North American businesses

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years of experience managing **B2B outbound sales teams**:

- Proven success growing **revenue** and driving **team performance**:

- Experience in selling **services**, not just products
- Strong leadership in **sales hiring, coaching**, and **accountability**:

- A hands-on approach with the ability to close large B2B deals

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: $75,000-$85,000
- **OTE (On-Target Earnings)**: $240,000+ (uncapped commissions)
