**Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator**
**Lifemark Health Group**
**Location: Home Based Office within Ontario**

***Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking a new opportunity? Lifemark Health Group is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Timely review of clinical reports and forms for quality, continuity, consistency, accuracy, spelling and grammar.
- Knowledge of WSIB policies and processes
- Working knowledge of functional testing to help break down barriers to recovery and RTW.
- Facilitating meetings with other interdisciplinary team members.
- Accurately maintaining records, utilizing tracking system to monitor timelines, due dates and reporting expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Kinesiologist.
- 0-3 years of experience in the physical rehabilitation industry.
- Clinical or rehabilitation experience conducting Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Ergonomic Assessments, Job Site Analyses (JSAs), and clinical evaluations is considered an asset.
- Basic working knowledge of relevant legislation related to key customers (e.g., WSIB).
- Proficient in MS Word and capable of learning new systems.
