**Your Role**:
As a **Customer Service Representative**, you’ll:

- Attend **pre-scheduled customer appointments** (no cold calling or door-to-door sales)

- Conduct basic in-home water quality inspections

- Present cost-effective, environmentally friendly water solutions

- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
