We are looking for a Front Counter Sales Representative to strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers, responding to inquiries. Do you have experience providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, being a product and service expert, and more?

The Front Counter Sales Representative will support the Kal Tire’s **Main St location**, in Dauphin, MB

**Day **to **D**ay responsibility**
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
- Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
- Answer incoming calls while handling customers inquiries, concerns, or questions.
- Proven ability in an inside sale and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
- Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotations.
- Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.

**Qualifications **and Success**
- You’re interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
- You have exceptional customer service skills.
- You have 2 years’ experience in customer service, counter or inside sales roles. (preferred)You have a demonstrated understanding of the automotive/ related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles.
- Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
- You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb tires around as needed.
- You’re always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
